Campground Rules

1. GENERAL ENFORCEMENT

All guests, members, and visitors are required to comply with all campground rules, policies, and posted guidelines at all times.
Enforcement:
Violation of any rule or policy may result in enforcement action at the sole discretion of campground management, including but not limited to:
     * Verbal or written warnings
     * Fines or fees
     * Suspension of privileges
     * Immediate termination of campground access
     * Removal from the property
No prior warning is required.
Removal due to violation of campground policies will not entitle any guest to a refund of fees paid.

2. GUEST STATUS (IMPORTANT)

All individuals on the property are considered guests or lodgers only. No policy, payment, or duration of stay creates any landlord-tenant relationship or right of possession.
Campground management retains full control of all sites and property at all times.

3. REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

     * Check-in begins at 3:00 PM     * Check-out is 11AM on Sundays (or 11AM Monday when 3-Night Holiday Stay required)
     * Late Check-out Options available on cabin rentals only. See front desk.
     * All guests must check in at the office prior to entering camping areas
     * All guests must sign a Release of Liability form
     * Use of campground facilities constitutes acceptance of all policies and liability waivers
Rainbow Ranch does not provide insurance coverage for guests or their property.

4. RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

     * A MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY is required on all Event Weekends.
       A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY is required on all HOLIDAY Weekends.
     * Full refund (less applicable fees) for cancellations made 11+ days prior to arrival
     * No refunds within 10 days of arrival
     * No refunds for no-shows or inclement weather.
     * No-shows are charged for full reservation amount owed.
        Rainbow Ranch operates rain or shine

5. GUEST CONDUCT / COMMUNITY STANDARDS

All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
     * Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior
     * Verbal abuse or aggressive confrontation
     * Disruptive conduct affecting other guests' enjoyment
     * Excessive intoxication leading to disturbances
     * No underage drinking of any kind
     * No nudity in public areas of campground (we are not clothing optional)
     * Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate by management
Violation may result in immediate removal without warning.

6. QUIET HOURS / NOISE

     * Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (unless otherwise designated for events)
     * Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted
Violation may result in fines, suspension of privileges, or removal from the campground.

7. PET POLICY

     * Maximum of 2 pets per site unless approved
     * Pets must be leashed or secured at all times
     * No aggressive or nuisance behavior permitted
     * Pet fees are charged for guests with pets, in pet friendly rentals
     * Some rental units are designated as "NO PETS ALLOWED"
Guests are responsible for:
     * Cleaning up pet waste immediately
     * Any damage or injury caused by their pet
Violations:
     * $50 fine per pet, per incident
     * Any Aggressive or repeated nuisance behavior (including excessive barking outdoors) may result in:
         o Removal of the pet
         o Termination of campground privileges 

8.  Children

     * Children under 18 must be supervised at all times
     * Required documentation must be provided at check-in
     * Certain event weekends are 21+ only when advertised
     * Required documentation is listed below:
        o copy of the legal parent / guardian's drivers license
        o child's birth certificate or SS card
        o Temporary Medical Power of Attorney if the child is not accompanied by their LEGAL Guardian/ parent.
Rainbow Ranch reserves the right to restrict access where appropriate.

9. SMOKING AND/OR VAPING

     * No smoking or vaping inside cabin rentals or pavilion
     * $100 fine for violations
Dispose of cigarette waste properly in designated containers.

10. TRASH & CAMPSITE CLEANLINESS

All guests are required to:
     * Always maintain clean campsites
     * Dispose of all trash properly
Failure to maintain site cleanliness may result in:
     * Notice to correct
     * Cleanup performed by management at guest expense
     * Additional enforcement action 

11. PUBLIC RESTROOMS

Guests must:
     * Keep restrooms clean and usable
     * Put trash in trash bins
     * Not leave personal items unattended
     * Not dispose of improper materials in toilets or drains – NO WIPES OF ANY KIND
        o No feminine hygiene products of any kind flushed in toilets
        o No dude wipes or other wipes of any kind. Including wipes advertised as ‘flushable"
Report any issues to management immediately.

12. POOL & LAKE

No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk

Strictly Prohibited:
     * BLOCKING OF STAIRS, 2 FEET EITHER SIDE OF HANDRAIL
     * Food of any kind in the pool water itself
     * Glass containers anywhere in pool area
     * Pets in pool area
     * Running, diving, or horseplay
     * No Nudity

Violation may result in removal from pool or campground.

13. VEHICLES & GOLF CARTS

     * Electric carts only. NO gas-powered golf carts or ATVs of any kind
     * Must provide proof of current insurance
     * Drivers must be 18+ with valid license
     * Speed limits strictly enforced
     * Fees will be assessed for daily/weekend guests charging their electric vehicles
     * Fees will be assessed for daily/weekend guests charging their electric golf carts
Unsafe or reckless operation may result in:
     * Loss of privileges
     * Fines
     * Removal from campground 

14. PARKING

     * Maximum 2 vehicles per site
     * Additional parking available in designated areas 

15. GATES & SECURITY

     * Gates are sometimes locked during designated hours as communicated
     * Guests must coordinate late entry or early exit with office or management when notification communicated
Guests must report:
     * Rule violations of any kind
     * Unsafe behavior or any suspicious activity
     * Property damage
Do not attempt to handle disputes yourself
Physical confrontation or escalation will result in immediate removal

16. FIRE & SAFETY

     * No fireworks
     * No firearms
     * No illegal substances
Campfires allowed only in designated sites with fire rings and subject to Limestone County burn bans.

17. INDIVIDUAL SITE MODIFICATIONS

     * No alterations without written approval by Rainbow Ranch management
     * No permanent structures allowed
     * Unauthorized work or contractors prohibited
     * No RV covers or porch covers allowed at this time

18. PROPERTY & ABANDONMENT

Guests required to leave campground must:
     * Remove all personal property within the timeframe specified
Failure to do so may result in:
     * Property removal, storage, or disposal at guest's expense 

19. INDIVIDUAL SITE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

Guests must maintain:
     * Clean and washed RV exterior condition – minimum of once per 12-month period
     * Clean decks free from unsightly clutter
     * Removal of all leaves and yard debris/clutter
No blowing of leaves into neighbor's site, adjacent wooded areas, creek bed that drains to lake
     * All leaves must be removed and disposed of in ranch burn pile
     * Emptied out of any trash bags
When leaving the campground for extended periods, we recommend you:
     * Turn off outside water to RV. Drain water from lines inside RV.
     * Leave water supply lines to RV disconnected (especially during colder weather)
Failure to comply may result in:
     * Notice to correct within timeline communicated
     * Work performed by management at guest expense 

20. SEWER / UTILITIES - INDIVIDUAL SITES

 SEWER AND SEPTIC SERVICES    
     * Follow all septic usage rules
        o Only Formaldehyde Free chemicals are to be used in black tanks
        o RV specific toilet paper
        o Do not leave tank valves open
        o Sewer connections are not to be glued
     * DO NOT flush wipes of any kind in the toilets
     * DO NOT flush any feminine hygiene products of any kind
     * Use approved materials only.
     * No system modifications
ELECTRICITY SERVICE
     * Only Rainbow Ranch Management or approved contractor can work on electric service box
     * Rainbow Ranch Campground is not liable for any unauthorized work performed on service panels
     * No modifications of ANY KIND. Guests will be responsible for all related repair costs if unauthorized work/any modifications made
Improper use may result in fines or removal from campground.

21. SOLICITATION

No guest may offer goods or services without prior approval from management.

22. PAVILION & COMMON AREAS

     * Use is subject to rules and reservation requirements for guests.
     * There will be a $250 deposit fee for personal event use (i.e. weddings, birthdays, etc.) for the pavilion, $150 is refundable if pavilion is cleaned, as well $50
        non-refundable fee per day to reserve the pavilion.
     * Guests must clean up after use or risk loss of rental deposit
     * Misuse may result in loss of privileges
 SOUND EQUIPMENT:
        o Sound equipment is ONLY to be operated by Ranch management/staff or with permission of management. Misuse of Sound, Lights, and Electrical       
            Equipment will not be tolerated. Month-to-month guests, and other guests, are not entitled to use the pavilion sound system at their discretion at any time
.       o There is a Bluetooth speaker (located inside the pavilion and secured) that guests are able to connect and play music on their own
        o Please stay away from all other entertainment equipment.
GAME TABLES
     * Please do not place food or beverages on pool table or near electrical equipment.
     * Do not sit, stand, or lay on pool table or shuffleboard table. Please report any misuse, damage, or malfunction of any equipment to management
         immediately.


Violation may result in fines, loss of privileges, or removal from the campground.

23. GUESTS / VISITORS 

All guests and visitors of Rainbow Ranch Family and Family members must pay the fee of $20 per day.

If a Family Member wants to loan their trailer/RV
     * Family member is responsible for notifying the office
     * Family members will be charged $57.50 with sewer and $50.00 without sewer per day for 2 ppl.

The guests will need to check in at the office upon arrival.

Failure to properly notify the office about extra guests may result in any of the following
     * Additional fees assessed in addition to day pass/daily usage RV rate billed to account on file
     * Suspension of campground privileges
     * Termination of campground Admittance and Site Agreement

24. EVENT-SPECIFIC USE OF FACILITIES

Rainbow Ranch Campground periodically hosts special events designed for particular audiences or themes. During these designated events, certain activities and areas of the campground may be reserved to support the intended experience of the event.

Facility Use During Designated Events
During designated themed events (including, but not limited to, events marketed toward a specific audience):
     * Access to certain common areas, including the swimming pool, pool area, and pavilion, may be limited to participants of the designated event activities.
     * These areas may be designated as "private event spaces" for the duration of scheduled activities.
All guests, members, and visitors retain full access to:
     * Their assigned RV site
     * General campground grounds (excluding designated event areas during scheduled activities)
No guest is restricted from accessing or remaining on campground property solely due to the nature of an event.

Guest Conduct During Events
All guests are expected to respect the purpose and environment of designated events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
     * Disrupting or interfering with scheduled event activities
     * Creating a hostile, uncomfortable, or intimidating environment for other guests
     * Harassment, confrontational behavior, or repeated complaints directed at other guests regarding event activities

Enforcement
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in enforcement action, including:
     * Removal from specific event areas
     * Suspension of campground privileges
     * Immediate removal from the campground
All enforcement actions are taken at the sole discretion of campground management, consistent with the Campground Admittance and Agreement.

25. FINAL AUTHORITY

Rainbow Ranch Campground reserves the right to:
     * Interpret and enforce all rules and policies
     * Modify policies at any time
     * Deny access or remove any guest at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, or no reason.
Failure to comply with any or all policies and procedures are grounds to be permanently removed from the campground.
